Returns:

• Items must be returned unused and in original, undamaged packaging with receipt.
• Cash/credit card refund within 14 days of original sale.
• Store Credit only, after 14 days.
• NO returns or exchanges after 30 days.
• NO returns or exchanges on special orders or clearance items.
• Bikes and wheels purchased online and shipped are not eligible for return or exchange.

Shipping Rates:

Shipping rates are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Most orders are also available for free local pick up from our shop. For this option, simply choose "Local Pickup" at checkout.

In-Store Pickup:

Most in-stock orders are available for pickup within 24 hours. Occasionally, some orders require additional processing time We will notify you within 24 hours of purchase if this is the case with your order.
