Van Rysel takes its name from the Flemish word for “from Lille” — the French city at the heart of cycling’s cobbled classics, minutes from the Paris-Roubaix velodrome. It's Decathlon's dedicated performance cycling brand, built by people who race what they build.
Van Rysel designs, engineers, and tests every frame in-house, then puts it through its paces with the Decathlon AG2R La Mondiale WorldTour team — the same engineers who build the bikes see them raced on cycling's biggest stage. That loop, from workshop to peloton and back, is why a Van Rysel frame holds up to Grand Tour racing at a fraction of the price of the bikes it beats.
As Van Rysel puts it: “We didn't invite you here to sell you something. We invited you here to show you who we are.” That's the idea behind every bike in this collection.
