What is the difference?
Shimano SPD cleats are a smaller interface allowing the spinner to wear more walk-able shoes with tread like our Fizik Terra X5.

Look Delta cleats are a road specific design that allows the cyclist to use a lighter weight pedal but they are quite tough to walk in. Some people prefer this streamlined, road biking oriented design and shoes like the Fizik Tempo Overcurve R5.
