Blackthorn is Salsa’s 29er all-mountain bike — a well-balanced machine built for riding rugged descents, technical climbs, and everything in between with confidence. It strikes a balance point in the full-suspension 29" category, holding traction on the way up and composure through rocky, rooty terrain, drops, and jumps on the way down. This build uses the 125mm-travel configuration, tuned for nimbler, more playful trail performance. This build rolls on a SRAM GX Transmission drivetrain.
